Now You See Me 2 Trailer

Now You See Me 2 (aka The Second Act) has just released the first official trailer. The story is set three years after the events of the first film which was released in 2013. Arthur Tressler’s son, Walter (played by Daniel Radcliffe), seeks to bring “The Four Horsemen” to justice, after his father’s imprisonment. Radcliffe pops up right at the end of the trailer, and unlike his character from Hogwarts, it looks like his Now You See Me 2 character might be a little clumsy when it comes to magic. Though it’s not mentioned in this teaser trailer, Michael Caine (who is also back for the sequel) revealed that Radcliffe is playing his son.

Now You See Me 2 is due to be released in June 2016.

As you can see, this trailer features plenty of new visual trickery but we still wish there was a little more legitimate magic instead of visual effects used for the Four Horseman’s action. That being said, we still think films like this are good for magic as they keep the art “Top Of Mind”.
